MTN team with His Royal Majesty Philip Olarker Rauni III

As part of their social cooperate responsibility, MTN Uganda on Friday during the 12th coronation anniversary donated maternity beds to three health centers in greater Nebbi.
The health centers included; Alwi , Pawong and Zeu health center IIs respectively.
According to the marketing manager Philip Odoi MTN Uganda has been partnering with Alur Kingdom since 2020 and have been sponsoring many activities as part of the preparation towards the coronation anniversary
“ I am glad to announce that we managed to procure these beds for the health centers as was requested by the king to help his subject and I know this will go a long way in improving the health care services in the Kingdom” he said.
Meanwhile the Executive Director Alur Kingdom Mr. Vincent Ochaya Orach said that most of the girls who are pregnant are in a village where health services are wanting and that is why they decided to choose lower health facilities.
“Since they are now pregnant, our main focus is to ensure that the health centers they go to the services are good for their safe delivery so that after delivery they are able to go back to school” Mr. Ochaya said.
